The 3D effect is one of the most spectacular. To create a 3D effect, you need to work on a layered .psd file to which you can associate a volumetric field, if desired.

This is why we can create two different types of 3D:

♦ Layered 3D: This type of 3D places the different layers of the .psd file at different depth levels. The result is spectacular, even though the elements of each layer are displayed flat (without volume).

♦Volumetric 3D: In this case, we are working with .psd files in which each layer acquires its own volume. The element in each layer displays its own progressive 3D. The result is truly astonishing.

Combinations can be created from these two types of 3D, namely:

♦ Combination of flat layers and layers with volume.

♦Creativity involving a layer of volumetry working on a single depth map.

♦ Combination of 3D elements (of both types) and elements with any other effect (image change, zoom, transformation, etc.).

♦ Other combinations that will depend exclusively on the designer working on the creative.
